I have $2,000,000 in comprehensive general commercial liability insurance, hold a valid business license with the City of Calgary under the trade name "Calgary Handyman", this business is incorporated, and equipped to handle a wide variety of jobs. I take my time with the jobs that I do, and strive to ensure things are done right. If you have a laundry list of work that needs to be done that spans across multiple trades, you can save money by having 1 person do those jobs, instead of several tradespersons, each one of them charging you for their travel & admin time. $75 callout fee/minimum charge to take a look at things, and create estimates. Examples of work that I can do for you: Replace smoke detectors, switches, light fixtures, outlets etc. Replace toilets, faucets, pop-drain assembly's, etc (excluding high-rise buildings for insurance reasons) Fix wonky doors, wobbly handrails/posts, broken couch legs, etc. Patch drywall, and roughly match textures (popcorn or knockdown) Install or regrout tile Install mounted TV's, smartkey locks, portable air conditioners, etc Replace window screens, install mailboxes, grab bars in showers, assemble furniture, window blinds, curtain rods, etc Repairing damaged walls, or building new walls (if you already have a permit for the work to be done) Examples of work that I *DO NOT* specialize in: Landscaping Building decks Roofing/siding Snow removal Running new plumbing or electrical (you need a permit and should get licensed tradesman for this kind of work) Complicated appliance/HVAC repairs
