What are the prices? >6’ = $8 per square foot >4’ <6’ = $7 per square foot >2’ <4’ = $6 per square foot

Example: For example, to cover a 10’ x 10’ wall = 100 square feet of coverage. If using >6’ boards = $8 per square foot = $800. This wall will cost $600 REGARDLESS if using 10 boards or 20. If using >4’ <6’ boards = $7 per square foot = $700. If using >2’ <4’ boards = $6 per square foot = $600

How do we charge? Cost per board is based on square footage only, and NOT a linear foot.

What is a square foot? A square foot is a square 12” x 12” or 30cm x 30 cm. Thickness does not come into play.

What is a linear foot? A linear foot is a set or predetermined standardized width often seen with flooring, trim and moulding.

Why do we charge by the square foot and not a linear foot? Each barn was built entirely different without standardized sizings and with a vast array of widths and lengths. Therefore linear pricing becomes next to impossible.

Where are we located ? We are located in Luskville, 20 minutes outside of downtown Ottawa.

Do we deliver? Yes we do! Deliveries are made at different intervals throughout the week. Charges are based on order amount and geographical location. There is no blanket template.

Can we install your wood? Yes we can! Every project is different so inquire today.

Are the boards installation ready? Every piece is installation ready. Unlike our competitors, our reclaimed products come ready to be installed saving you time and money.

Are there nails? Nail content varies on every product and every piece. We do our best to ensure all the nails have been fully removed, however 100% certainty cannot be achieved.

Do we guarantee our work? Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. Although this hasn’t happened to date, we will exchange unsatisfactory pieces for new ones.

Do we offer a contractor discount? Yes we do. Send us an email or give us a call.

Can we see pictures before we buy? We photograph everything from start to finish. Let us know what interests you and we can send some pictures.

Will we be able to supply a large order on a regular basis? Yes we will. Our stock is constantly revolving; coming and going on a regular basis.

Are the boards dry? Once processed, the wood is piled and stored out of the elements on wood racks in our heated barn.

Do we sell grey live edge barn boards? No we don’t.

What thicknesses, widths and lengths do we have? Thicknesses vary from 5/8” - 1”, lengths from 2’ - 20’, and widths from 4” - 20”. Widths from 4” to 12” are most common.

When are we open? Hours are from 7 AM to 7 PM on weekdays and from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekends. Drop-ins are by appointment only.
