Seat tube 45cm top tube 55cm wheelbase 99cm.
Double-butted steel tubing, forged dropouts.
Chain hanger, cable guides, water-bottle bosses.
Has surface rust, worst spot is on the bb shell, see pic.
Headset and bb are worth removing to check as they feel good, likely re-usable.
Built for 700c wheels.
This is a quality steel frame in about as small a size as you can get, would build a nice machine for someone 5 foot or shorter.
