1 Bedroom in Middleton - Short term rentals preferred

Room for monthly rental in a fully furnished 4 bedroom home. Available only to a single occupant (no couples, shared custody etc.). The room has built in wall storage shelving which previous tenants have used to store books, plants, clothing etc. The room is freshly painted with a new window and can be very simply furnished (with a single sized bed, desk & chair, etc) or empty if tenant prefers. The more bare image is room basically furnished with available bed. The more ‘busy’ view/full room was the bed (queen size) and belongings from a previous tenant. This is a very peaceful household (no partying or children etc.) The home is shared with 1 woman (in her 40s) and 2 sweet indoor cats. One small bedroom stores the litter box, scratch posts etc and the cats sleep quietly in this room each night. Walking distance NSCC Middleton campus, 5 minute drive from hospital. Tenant has access to shared spaces which includes a meditation room / mini private yoga studio and small home gym. Other amenities include: in house washer, clothesline and drying racks, parking, shared use of kitchen including utensils & basic cookware, & rent includes utilities. This is a quiet street in a nice neighbourhood with a beautiful private backyard. High speed internet included. This is an older home with 2 washrooms (1 full bath). This room is ONLY AVAILABLE to FT students or people with FT job (confirmation of such required). Preference given to shorter term rentals, female tenants, and no other pets although these are simply preferences. The FT studies or FT employment portion is the only non negotiable aspect.
