We are looking for post secondary students or recent graduates who have joined the work force. This house has been recently updated and restored. Our ideal renters are willing to be part of a house community with 6 other tenants. The community that will be formed depends on you and your co-tenants personality, preferences and interests. We are open to considering people who are introverts, extroverts, outgoing, shy and any combination of traits as long as you are willing to be a positive addition to this house community. Each bedroom is single occupancy. Couples can apply, but you must rent two rooms so that we do not have more than 7 occupants in the house. We can provide furnishings that are required.
