This property is located in a beautiful cul-de-sac of family homes, and is a 10 minute walk to Mill Cove Sobeys, NSLC, bus stop, and the "coming soon" Mill Cove Ferry to downtown Halifax.

Bedroom is tastefully furnished with NEWLY purchased Mattresses, NEW bed, new bedding, new smart TV, black out curtains, dresser.. and a HUGE closet. We hope to have the driveway widened to accommodate 2 cars. (with 1 in garage and 2 in driveway during snow events). There is also street parking throughout the neighbourhood.
