Theirs a tv in the living room your welcome to set up whatever you want on it. I don't party but do drink responsibly I love to goto the gym,game,cook,bake play board games card games have get togethers with mature individuals i love to spend time with my son and dog,I love listening to music. Your more than welcome to bring anything you want as my apartment is fairly bare. You will get your own cupboard space room in the fridge, freezer,linen closet,bathroom and hallway closet you can use anything of mine in the kitchen but do not touch my groceries ask me if you need something first... Chihuahuas and other small dogs are ok if friendly cats as well but you have to keep the litter box in your room Apartment is on top floor of a 4 floor building room comes with a bed two night stands a TV wifi and dvd player plus dozens of movies i can remove it all if you have your own things for the room. You must clean up after yourself as im cleaning up for two already. We share cleaning the bathroom I will always clean the toilet!!! NO INCENSE my dog will have a siezure stuff that doesn't give off smoke is ok I prefer 20+ working,student,retired persons. I have copd so I do cough quite abit
