No Longer Available - Roommate Wanted (all inclusive) $750

I am a single female looking for another female to rent my second bedroom in an apartment. Everything is included, all utilities and internet. Secure building with buzzer code. Close to groceries, parks and trails plus the bus stop right outside. There is parking available through the office of the building. Room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is furnished. There is a balcony for outdoor space. I have a cat who is not friendly with other cats but dogs could be considered. I have not posted photos but I can provide them, I just don’t want to advertise where I live for safety.
