Only 5 minutes right off the highway, so close enough to get in your car and go where needed, but far enough to still enjoy the peace and tranquility that is the country.

- Only 15 minutes along the highway to all the major beaches (Rissers, Crescent, Green Bay & Cherry Hill....great surfing!) - House is located 30 seconds away from the coast with beautiful sunset island water views - Boat launch at end of road - Great trails for walking or biking - Furnished 10'x10' room has hardwood floor, ceiling fan, standalone wardrobe, mirror, basic bed (no frame!), high quaity dresser, lamp, alarm clock, end table & laundry sorter. - Large paved driveway - Large front & back yard area with fire pit - Includes use of large movie & video game library (no cable TV here) - Includes Wi-Fi/internet - Includes use of washer & dryer - Includes ALL utilities!!! (electric power, lights, heat, hot water) - Includes full use of house, kitchen & dining room, as I stay in my den office or am away for work most days, so it's like having the house all to yourself!

I have an adorable medium sized Goldendoodle who is hypollergenic & doesn't shed and gets along with everyone, so you must be ok with that.

Rent is only $750/mth, including ALL utilities & use of furniture. Just bring your clothes and move in! Security deposit is also required ($300).
