Room For Rent In House Between Bridgewater And Liverpool

READ FIRST!!!! I'm getting FAR too many inquiries from people not even reading the title that says BETWEEN Bridgewater and Liverpool. It is NOT right in Bwater! It is a 25-30 minute drive from there and there is NO public transportation, so you MUST have your own car! Available for Nov 1st move-in date. No stepping over roommates in a crowded house! Are you ready to escape the crowds and enjoy country living? I have a room for rent in a 1 level bungalow style house located off Exit 17 between Bridgewater & Liverpool, so you have equal distance to each town. Only 5 minutes right off the highway, so close enough to get in your car and go where needed, but far enough to still enjoy the peace and tranquility that is the country. - Only 15 minutes along the highway to all the major beaches (Rissers, Crescent & Green Bay) - House is located 30 seconds away from the coast with beautiful sunset island water views - Boat launch at end of road - Great trails for walking or biking - Furnished 10'x10' room has hardwood floor, ceiling fan, standalone wardrobe, mirror, basic bed, high quality dresser, lamp, alarm clock, end table - Large paved driveway - Large front & back yard area - Includes Wi-Fi/internet (no cable) - Includes use of washer & dryer - Includes ALL utilities (electric heat, power, hot water) - Includes full use of large kitchen & dining room, as I stay in my den office or am away for work most days, so it's like having most of the house all to yourself! I have an adorable medium sized Goldendoodle who is hypollergenic & doesn't shed and gets along with everyone, so you must be ok with that. Rent is only $750/mth, including ALL utilities & use of furniture. Just bring your clothes and move in! Security deposit is also required ($300). If this sounds like a place you would like living in, then please send a message letting me know a bit about yourself. NOTE: Please understand that I am NOT a landlord who doesn't care who I rent to. I live here myself, so you MUST be a person I get along with, and I require a bit of information about you first. If you simply message me with "I'm interested" without any info about you, then you WILL be ignored. I am a quiet person looking to rent to another quiet person. For insurance purposes you must also be a non-smoker. Thanks!
