Washer and dryer in house. - Shared common areas upstairs and downstairs. - House currently has a mix of LGBT and BIPOC tenants. - Looking for a medium to long term renter. Intention to stay for 6+ months is preferred. - Guests are okay, but quiet time is after 11 PM. - No pets.
