It is close to BCIT (about 10-minute walking distance), nearby bus and Skytrain, easy to access Hwy #1, Metrotown, Brentwood Mall, Deer Lake, Burnaby Lake, Vancouver, New Westminster, and Tri-city, central location, easy to go anywhere.
