Primary tenant is a mature male, Christian, quiet and very clean. Washer and dryer in basement. Utilities, WIFI, all paper and household cleaning products and use of cleaning equipment are included in the rent. Common areas are kept clean by the primary tenant. The roommate is responsible to keep only their own bedroom clean. This master bedroom is very large, with front and backyard windows. The primary renter is looking for a quiet, clean, mature male or female roommate. No drugs, alcohol or overnight guests. Preference for non-smokers due to allergy. Good references needed.

Westridge offers a vast selection of green spaces to enjoy. There are a few parks close by for residents to explore and they are very well-distributed, which results in them being very easy to get to from most locations within the neighbourhood. Lastly, due to the presence of few people out and about on the streets, this part of Burnaby remains relatively quiet; however noise levels are higher closer to the railway line.
