We have large furnished room with bathroom shared available. Location is in Signature Park SW- 3 mins walk to Sirocco C-train station and bus stop,, 2 minute walk to high end shopping area including Sunterra supermarket and fine dining restaurants, Ample parking on street, 15 minute c-train to downtown, 12 minute drive to downtown.
Our house is a two story single house, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi internet, microwave,
new washer and dryer on the same floor, with your own personal fridge inside your room, as well as utilities are all included.
No pet, no smoke and no night guest..
There is a kitchen in the basement for simple cooking. Welcome to use the washer and dryer once a week from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Cleaning fee charge $50 per month, will be refund if you do your cleaning at least once a month. Thank you for clearing up your home.
