The house is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood of Brentwood, 3 minute walk to bus stop route 8, 82, 105 and 10 minutest walk to bus stop route 9 , 8 minute walk to Walmart, restaurants, banks, gyms, and more. 10 minutes bus ride to University of Calgary, 20 minutes bus ride to SAIT. Rent includes utilities, wifi, access to the shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, and access to the shared laundry room. Street parking is available. No drugs and smoking allowed.
