One bedroom in a 3 bedroom available! Looking for May 1st! Currently we are looking for a third roommate to join our home! You would be sharing with one girl and one boy, and a lovely cat! We’re looking for someone who will keep the area clean, and relatively quiet as both people have busy schedules! Of course you’re allowed to have friends over, just be mindful :). Unfortunately, we cannot allow any more pets :( Your share would be 851.66 and that includes: All utilities Wifi Snow removal Lawn care Washer/dryer included Security deposit of $851.66 is required to secure your spot! The rest of the house is furnished but you would be in charge of furnishing your bedroom. We have a large kitchen and lots of natural light through the entire house! Your room would have a heat pump as well as a large closet, and an awesome view into our large backyard, which includes a fire pit perfect for bonfires during the summers! The location offers a bus stop 7 minutes away that goes directly downtown, and is walking distance to Walmart. If you have a car, we have a large driveway for you to use!
