I am offering a short-term rental. September 1st - December 31st, 2026. This is a 500sq ft. apartment shared with myself & a 6yo German shepherd. Looking for a young professional or student. There may be an opportunity for you to sign a new lease, however I will move out in January. Rent is 500$, gym equipment you're welcome to use. Dog isn't your responsibility, just don't feed her. I am blue-collar, completing my 2nd trade at NSCC then moving for electrical training. I can provide you with a bed & nightstand, also kitchen utensils.

There are a few green spaces close by for residents to discover and they are especially well-spread out, making it easy to reach them. Lastly, this part of Halifax has numerous areas to enjoy. Even though there is a small selection of entertainment venues, there are a very large number of people around most of the time, and with the nightlife venues in nearby neighbourhoods, it is very easy to find a place to grab a drink as they are generally located very close by.
