This house is a quiet environment, perfect for someone focussed on their studies. There is no smoking or vaping allowed, and there are no pets allowed. There are 3 rooms in this basement unit, as well as one kitchen, a bathroom, and 4 shared laundry machines. A parking spot next to the house is available for tenant parking, as well.
Rent includes all utilities, washers and dryers (no extra costs to use these), wi-fi. The room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, desk and chair, closet space, two fans, and bookshelves/cubbies.
The house is located in South End, Halifax, close to SMU and Dalhousie, a 15 min walk from downtown and the waterfront. There are bus stops for the 4, 7, 10, 24, and 29 a few minutes walk away from the house. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, conveniece store, barbershop, cafe, and several restaurants in the neighbourhood.
