I’m in need of a long-term private room rental before the end of July.
I have a tight budget and can afford up to $800/month with the utilities included. Preferably no damage deposit required would be greatly appreciated (or make arrangements to pay in installments if damage deposit is required).
I’m a female in my mid-40s. I'm easy-going and easy to get along with. I work part-time on Herring Cove Rd. I spend my free time looking for extra work or playing games and doing surveys on my phone to earn some extra money or gift cards. I don’t have any pets, but I don’t mind them, and I like to keep things neat and tidy. I am a smoker, both cigarettes and cannabis (for my depression and anxiety), and don’t mind smoking outside as I am currently in a non-smoking building. I don’t drink or party. I don’t drive, so a parking space isn’t an issue for me.
