Within a 1 to 5 minute walk, you can access bus stops for routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9a&b, and 24. Nearby amenities include grocery stores and the Halifax shopping center.
Kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. Lundry is in the building and is operated by coin.
Heat, hot water, and internet are included in the rent, but power is extra.
I’m a female post graduate student at Dalhousie and looking for a mature female student or a professional who values personal privacy. I care a lot about cleanness and expect my roommate to be a good fit. No shoes at home, at all.
