House located in the South end of Halifax, right on Dalhousie campus and close to many bus routes. Only a short walking distance from multiple grocery stores and downtown Halifax.
Entire unit, including the bedroom, is fully furnished. Comfortable sized bedroom, right off the main area, across the hall from the main bathroom. Bedroom includes double bed, desk with chair, large dresser, additional shelf, and a medium sized closet. The large window gets a ton of sunlight. A lot of the bedroom decor will be removed for the summer. Anything left on the walls i can negotiate to take down if that is desired.
Shared main area includes furniture, two fridges, stove/oven, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, other additional appliances, and laundry in the shed (on property). Unit has one large full bathroom and one half bath. Nice large porch off the front. Three other bedrooms in the unit are available for sublet if seeking multiple bedrooms.
Seeking preferably a young, non-male tenant. Must be clean and respectful of the space and other roommates. This is a LGBTQ+ friendly house.
