Upstairs section of the house. This room is available from June 1st to August 31th. The house is shared between five female tenants, most of which will be out of town for the summer, and as such you may be sharing the space with other subletters. I would prefer female applicants, as one of my roommates will be staying for the summer. The rent includes all utilities (heat, water, laundry, electricity) except for wifi. The rent is monthly, however if you have specific pricing in mind message me with your offer! Pictures include the room, which comes furnished with the bed, storage, desk, and chair. All decor will be taken down at your request. The shared bathroom is shown in the photos, you would possibly be sharing with one other person.
