Hi all, I am currently looking for a roommate to take over a bedroom in. 2bed/2bath apartment in downtown Halifax. Apartment: Building is Barrington gate Rent: $945 (heat and hot water inc) but expected to go up in May. Laundry free and available on each floor Parking: $100 extra Wifi and electricity not included The second tenant is me: LGBTQ 38 male Use to living with woman so where my ladies at Work from home 3/5 days Friendly and have lived in this place for five years. Two previous renters moved out to live with their boyfriends- so I could be a lucky charm for you. Available Aug 1 or Oct 1 Pics of bedroom, bathroom to rent and shared living room kitchen for reference
