We are 2 female Dal students in our early 20’s looking for a third roommate to join us in our three bedroom, second floor unit of a house very close to Dalhousie!
Rent: $1000 per month (includes utilities)
The house is fully furnished but the room will not be.
All utilities are included with the rent and our landlord sends a maintenance worker if anything needs fixing.
Laundry is shared with other units in the house but on our floor. Large front balcony, parking available, and cat friendly!
Lease is September 1st one-year fixed term, but there is also opportunity to sublet the room starting May 1st.
We are looking for a roomie who is respectful, clean, and easy to get along with!
