I am looking for someone to sublet for the summer months, May 1- August 31 or part of that time period.
I have a spacious room with a Queen size bed, a nice desk, a comfortable chair and ample space for storage of your things and clothing. There is a nice living room and kitchen in the house as well as two bathrooms. The pictures included are from my current bed room, however, I am moving on April 27 to a much bigger room within the house which I can show you in person if you are interested.
You would be rooming with two of the current tenants and possibly another subletter.
It's a short walk to the Kings/Dalhousie Campus ~ 5 minutes. It is also within walking distance of Quinpool Road (~5 minutes), allowing for a close distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Short walk to the downtown waterfront (~10 minutes)
My current rent is $1100 but I will only charge you $900 per month, which is including wifi and utilities. Laundry is available in the house. Please let me know if you're interested! I am happy to answer any question or show you around.
