The apartment is fully furnished, has an in-suite washer and dryer, and is located right in downtown Halifax within easy walking distance of grocery stores, bus stops, and is only a 20 minute walk from Dalhousie. The building has a gym and rooftop patio.
Rent price is $900, not including utilities.
