$850 for an unfurnished bedroom in North End Halifax, walking distance from NSCC technology campus. Price includes rent, internet and monthly cleaning. Power fluctuates and is split by all three renters. Security deposit required. There is a parking space available, as well as washer and dryer in the basement. Shared living space and kitchen on main floor, private bedrooms and shared bathroom on second floor. Conditions: No pets - we have three cats. Two cats live in the basement and one shorthair roams the upper two floors. No smoking / weed (asthmatics live here). we're not drinkers or partiers and would prefer similar vibes. Shared living spaces = shared responsibility for tidiness, bless. Both current roommates are in our mid-thirties and work nights and from home respectively.
