The basement has three bedrooms, and the other two rooms are currently occupied by working male tenants who usually come home in the evenings. So if you decide to move in, you’d be sharing the space with just two others. The kitchen and washroom are shared among the three tenants. Laundry is also shared and available after 7 PM or on your scheduled day. There is a separate side entrance that leads directly to the basement, so you’ll have your own private access. Please note, parking isn’t available, but TTC transit is just a short walk away, and Warden Subway Station is also within walking distance. The neighborhood is very convenient—just a 10-minute walk to the Toronto Public Library, and next to that is a plaza with grocery stores, Tim Hortons, Pizza Hut, CIBC, Dollarama, and a few restaurants. There’s also a school and a playground/park just a minute or two down the street.
