I'm looking for a non-smoking room-mate for the extra bedroom in my apartment. There is only one bathroom in the unit and is shared. Similarly, living room, balcony, dining space are shared.

The apartment is located at the border of Toronto's financial district, Entertainment district and Grange park neighbourhood. The Financial District, centered around the intersection of Bay Street and King Street is the center of Canada's financial business sector. Notable attractions in this area includes Toronto Stock Exchange, TD Towers, First Canadian Place, Hockey Hall of fame. The PATH Underground network of tunnels connecting the business/office buildings of the area, helps take people off the streets, especially during the winter months. There is a large cluster of retail centers and shops in this area, including but not limited to the Toronto Eaton Center and one-of-a-kind stores along the queen street. To the west of the financial district is the Entertainment District. It is home to hundreds of restaurants, nightclubs, sporting facilities, boutiques, hotels, attractions, and live theatre. Mirvish Theaters including Royal Alexandra and Princess of Wales Theaters are walking distance from the apartment. Other attractions in this area includes Roy Thomson Hall, TIFF Bell Lightbox and the Canadian Broadcasting Centre (CBC). Grange Park is home to a large number of artists and UofT Students. The Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO), Ontario Crafts Council, and Ontario College of Art and Design (OCAD), China Town and Kensington market.
TTC is 1 min to Osgoode Subway Station and 10 mins to Union Station by foot. Easy access to the PATH underground network. Surrounded by bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, clubs, and art galleries.
