I'm looking for one (1) responsible, clean, and respectful tenant, to share a 2 bedroom, 2 washroom condo located by Fort York Blvd. You get your own room and your own bathroom (no tub, stand-up shower)

No couples. No smoking inside. No pets.

You are 35-55 years old, employed, have good credit, and most importantly you ARE quiet, clean, and NOT a party animal. I'm a 47 yr old male who likes soccer, skateboarding, chess, and working out.

Available April 15th. Minimum 3 months.

$1550/month ALL INCLUSIVE: semi-furnished (the room for rent will be vacant - sofa and table removed), utilities, condo fees, high-speed internet, kitchenware

Parking spots are often available to rent from other owners, approximately $150/month

The Bathurst and Harbourfront streetcars pass by the building so you can get to Bathurst or Union Station with ease.
