You also don’t need to worry about buying anything for the kitchen, utensils and essentials are already provided. $1,100/month includes all utilities: * Wi-Fi * Electricity * Water * Heating * In-house laundry You will have a private bedroom and share the kitchen and bathroom with just one other person (me). Location: * About 30 minutes to TMU and U of T * Easy access to subway and streetcar * Quiet, safe neighbourhood with mostly families * Park right across the street * 13-minute walk to Riverdale Park * Close to Greektown and Leslieville (cafés, restaurants, groceries nearby) About me: I’m a 23 year old woman and a recent TMU graduate. I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. I don’t smoke cigarettes, vape, or use weed. If you do, that’s fine as long as it’s outside the house. I dont party but I occasionally have friends over but always give notice. Looking for: Female roommate only, ideally a student or young professional. Someone clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces.

North Riverdale is a "jack-of-all-trades" when it comes to the ambience of this neighbourhood. North Riverdale is quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour, although that is not the case near Don Valley Parkway or the railway line. Greenery is present in this area; it is very easy to get to parks in the neighbourhood since there are over 50 of them close by for residents to discover. Residents will also find that numerous streets have good tree coverage. Lastly, finding things to do is easy in this part of Toronto. There are often a very large number of people around, there is a good selection of entertainment venues, and finding one of the about 20 bars is very easy as they are generally located around the corner.
