Rent: 700/month including utilities. Lease: 1 year. First and last month to be paid together. Reference required & credit check will be done. Shared spaces: The AC/heater and bathroom is shared. The hallway, kitchen, and balcony are shared spaces, please be respectful and considerate. The balcony has a view toward the Rogers Stadium area, CN Tower skyline, and beautiful sunsets. Cleanliness: We follow a “clean as you go” household. After cooking or eating, dishes, cooking items, and kitchen counters should be cleaned and put away right away on the dish rack or dishwasher. The sink should be left empty. Shared kitchen surfaces and floors should also be kept clean and tidy. Each renter is responsible for keeping their own bedroom and bathroom area clean. Household environment: We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, considerate of others in the home, and in their mid 20's. No smoking is allowed inside the condo or on the balcony, in accordance with building rules. Looking for a women who does not drink, regularly hosts gatherings. Pets: This is a cat household, cats are welcome. The owners are responsible for cleaning up after their cats and keeping litter and other pet related areas clean.
