* We have one private furnished room for renting out.
Who We Are:
A Clean, Respectful and Quiet Christian household, so not any: alcohol, drugs, smoking, parties, visitors (permitted by agreement), pets or anything loud or incompatible in our quiet home. I and my husband are your kind hosts. We have simple household rules, daily kept (see below for brief); you will receive a more detailed printout of our Household Rules if we are in agreement, sometime around or after your move in.
* Please Note that we are unable to accommodate anyone with a concern of a nature physical, mental or other:
- any physical concern, limitation, sensitivity (to light, minor noise or smell: light perfume, cooking), illness or similar;
- any mental or emotional concern, limitation, illness (depression, anger, anxiety or similar); or immaturity;
- any household concerns need to be resolved patiently, in a mature manner and satisfactory to all.
Who You Are:
We are happy to have a kind, honest and respectful working female (or, male) house mate who will pay the monthly rent, on time.
Your Room:
Your room is newly painted, in great condition; furnished, including: a double bed with an excellent new mattress (clean bedding is included, or bring your own); a desk with a chair; 2 tall shelves; 2 lamps; 1 fan; an extensor plug; a nightstand; a large closet space with hangers; a hanger on your door; and a very nice background view from your window.
Household - Rent - Parking:
* Our townhouse is on multiple levels: 2-6 stairs at a time, 8 staircases total: basement to top room, for a good short workout.
* We may chat about the monthly rent for your room and household utilities upon your contacting me; it needs to be paid before the 1st: much preferred (and latest on the 1st).
* Parking Option: we also have one underground parking spot available for your car, for an extra monthly fee.
* Required: I need to receive proof of your Job, Income, ID and Legal Status in Canada, please.
* Utilities included: 1 and 1/2 baths; kitchen (fridge, stove oven, microwave, sink; your own shelf); dining (second fridge, dine table, chairs); laundry (washer/dryer); heating in winter; A/C in summer: from top room; and wi-fi.
* Common areas are shared, and we usually offer privacy for the one cooking or laundering.
* Brief mention of our household rules, please and thank you:
- regular cleanliness of our own room
- common area cleaning, right after use (kitchen, bathroom, floor, etc.)
- cooking, dishes, laundry, etc., in daytime: 6 am - 9 pm
- use of phone in private room
- all eating occurs in dining (guests) or kitchen (hosts)
* Due to our household rules’ keeping, our home is respectful, quiet and comfortable to live in.
