About the Home: Private room available in a 2-bedroom apartment near Bathurst & Dundas. Steps from Kensington Market, Trinity Bellwoods and Dundas West with easy streetcar access (505/511). 20mins walking to OCAD and UoT. The apartment is furnished though the available room is unfurnished. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible only via a flight of stairs. Coin laundry is available in the building. All utilities and internet are included in the rent. The home is a quiet, clean and a peaceful environment. Occasional visitors and partners are alright (with communication), but this isn’t a party house. No smoking or vaping inside the house.
