The location is extremely convenient as it is a 5-10 min walk away from a 24-hour Metro or Loblaws, restaurants, and is a 5 min to Earl Haig Secondary High School, 8 min walk to the TTC North York Center subway stations or Yonge Street. All the building materials are used with fireproof standards and up to city buildings and fire codes.
