Hello! I'm looking to sublease or transfer my lease for my phase 2 room, 4-2B style suite from May 2026-August 2026. I'm looking for a female. It's a shared space with a private room and bathroom, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom. There's currently 3 roommates, but they will not be occupying the space for the whole time. I will leave my room fully furnished for you with a desk and chair, TV, storage, wall art, and the kitchen will have all appliances for your use. The quad offers a beautiful, clean and fun environment for any Seneca and York students. It is steps away from the buses and TTC subway. The rent is 1,500 a month but is completely negotiable, and I will pay the 300$ sublease form fee. I am flexible with the dates, so if you need different move-in or move-out dates, we can discuss it.
