We are Filipino Canadian , Christians who has room available for rent in an apartment located at Victoria Park Ave. It has desk table , closet , night table , lampshade , wifi ,one washroom is shared to a young lady, the laundry is in the site , accessible by bus 10 mins to Seneca Newham Campus , prefer female, neat , clean because of the situation that is going around we want the person free from Covid .No smoking, drinking , avoid having visitors for now .i don't mind long-term.
