Hello there,
Private room in a three bedroom Dartmouth home near corner of Woodland and Victoria Rd available immediately.
Living room, kitchen and bathroom and backyard are shared spaces. Lots of natural light during the day and there is a fire pit and BBQ in the backyard.
Room is available immediately and would be rented on a month to month basis.
All utilities and internet are included.
The house is furnished. The kitchen is well stocked and you’re welcome to use pots, pans utensils etc.
Both rooms are on the first floor and have hardwood floors.
A little about your roommates
One is a 30 years old male who work as an engineer in the Dartmouth area. He enjoys activities such as cycling, salsa dancing, and building stuff.
Second is 32 year old male engineer also working in Dartmouth area.
We both work typically 9-5 Mon-Fri. House is clean and generally quiet. On occasion we host friends.
A few other things:
--#10 bus stop 2 min walk. Bridge terminal bus station (15min walk).
- Single occupancy only please
- Free on street parking available. Off street parking in the driveway is possible when the winter snow ban is on.
- Smoke free home (you're welcome to smoke outside on the property)
Available most evenings after 6pm for in person or virtual tours.
