Room for Rent $950 negotiable

Furnished Student Room for Rent – $950/month, Negotiable Furnished private bedroom available in a smoke-free home. The bedroom is fully set up with a bed, dresser/storage, desk and chair, making it ready to move into and ideal for studying. Rent includes all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi and laundry access, along with shared use of the bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living spaces. You’ll also have access to the home gym, deck and backyard. The home is located in a quiet subdivision, close to bus routes and a walking trail. You’ll be sharing the home with me (female homeowner), my teenage daughter and our two friendly dogs. I’m looking for a clean, quiet, respectful and responsible student who will be considerate of everyone in the home, clean up after themselves and treat the shared spaces with respect. Female student preferred due to the shared bathroom and living arrangements. Food and meals are not included, and you’ll be responsible for your own groceries and cooking. That said, this is a welcoming household — if we’re cooking something, you’re absolutely welcome to have some. I’m just not committing to feeding another person every day! Rent: $950/month, negotiable.
