Room rental in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment

I'm looking for a roommate with a tentative move-in date of April 1st.

The apartment is in the North end of Dartmouth and is about a 10-minute walk to the Highfield bus terminal. Wyse Road Sobeys and the NSLC are within about a 20-minute walk. It's a 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment which means that you'd have your own room and your own bathroom. It has in-suite laundry, a dishwasher, a pantry, a balcony, an outdoor parking space that would be solely yours and a storage unit in the parking garage. It's a corner unit that has lots of windows. The building is quiet, smoke-free, pet-free and there is an on-site gym. The building has propane heat and hot water that's included in the rent. Rent is $950 monthly, and we would split the tenant's insurance, power, and internet. I have those bills set up already and can give you a rough total of what to expect there but they are all standard pricing. My building managers live on-site and are fantastic! I've lived here for about 1.5 years and before that, I rented with the same company in a different building for about 2 years and I've never had any problems. The pictures are from the previous tenants but they show you what the space looks like. The bathroom in the pictures will be yours and I can send you pictures of what your bedroom looks like.

About me - I'm a 36-year-old professional female and I work a standard 8-5 Monday-Friday job. I'm a fairly quiet and introverted person a lot of the time although I do enjoy having fun and opening up once we get to know each other more. I'm very laid back and easygoing and like to have open and honest communication with everyone in my life. I'm usually pretty clean and tidy and I enjoy having a comfortable, safe, and decorative space to call home. I enjoy cooking, music, having some drinks, going out to concerts, binge-watching good shows or movies, and generally having a fun time! I also enjoy keeping to myself and having alone time - it's all about finding balance!

About you - I'm hoping that you have a similar outlook on life so that we can share a comfortable and relaxed home together. Tell me what your deal breakers when living with someone! You'll need to fill out an application with my landlords and meet them and you will be required to provide references.
