i am a working mom with a high school aged daughter in a Large 5 Bedroom House located in the Canterbury Heights area of North Delta .. 82nd & 108th (by Sands High School and Gray Elementary) and walking distance to Sungod Rec Center and North Delta Rec Center . i have the upstairs .. Renting the downstairs . (shared kitchen)
down there are two bedrooms and a HUGE living room and desk (office) area .. also an area with a fridge and microwave (stand included) .. it is approx 1000 sq ft ... it will be pretty much a separate, private dwelling with your own Parking spot And Street parking if needed.
but we will share the upstairs kitchen (has a dishwasher) and share the washer and dryer downstairs in laundry room .. there is a big enclosed deck off the kitchen upstairs and easy access to backyard from down. if you happen to be a smoker (no smoking in house) .
we live a Very quiet life and don't have many guests, so don't want a party animal . . prefer a student, working single mom or what have you?
would prefer not a lot of visitors as we 'Share' the place . . thanks .
