We require a Security deposit of $802.50 (535 + 267.50 = 1 month and 1/2 ) Plus the first months rent 535 for a total of $1337.50 before taking occupancy. The $802.50 is refunded to you when you move and things are clean. For example; your room, the fridge you used, the food pantry you used; the bathroom you used and any other parts of the house that you used are left clean and your possessions are removed from the house.

We are asking all the men in the house (even guests) to sit and pee because standing to urinate makes the bathroom difficult to clean. Splashes and miscalculated angles when the aim is not accurate requires additional cleanup therefore creating more work for the household. Is this something you can live with?
