It includes FREE high speed wireless internet, FREE laundry (all you can use), FREE utilities (gas, electricity, water), fully furnished house, big yard, etc. I would only charge you $450 - $645/month which includes everything. The price depends on whether you're a student, how long you're staying, etc. There's NO lease to sign so you can stay month to month (major advantage). It's just month to month renting. Short term rentals are fine. SHORT TERM ALSO AVAILABLE. Pets are extra money

The house is in the best neighborhood in all of Edmonton. It's about a 30 second walk to the University of Alberta. It's also RIGHT across the street from the McKernan/Belgravia train station! (especially convenient if you need to get downtown) It's within walking distance to supermarkets, Whyte Ave, Farmers' market, bars, patios, restaurants, Fringe festival, Heritage festival, parades, Hawrelak Park (best park in Edmonton), Kinsmen sports center, river valley, etc.. I'm also right on a major bus route so you don't even need a car to live here. The bus stop is right outside my house. The neighborhood is great!

The room itself is very comfortable. It's quite large and it's fully furnished with a double bed, desk, shelves, etc. It's 12'X13'.

We are like a small family of friendly guys living here. We are here to help you and welcome you to the house.

If you need a place to stay you can possibly live here with us... It doesn't matter if you're male or female..

$595 would be a student or professional price. Other people might pay $645. Pets are always extra.
