Hello, I’m looking for someone ( female preferably)to take over my room, it’s a shared 2 bed-2 bath apartment , with your own bathroom , it’s in south east, Tamarack heights, rent is $695 + bills( max 100 depending on usage) so $795 in total.. damage deposit is $733.. there are many amenities too (ensuite laundry, parking space if need be, party room, rooftop..), all bus stop 5min away , Walmart facing the building and other stores within walking distances.
