Also includes a TV in your room, shared same-floor laundry, a bathroom with a shower, a small but cozy living/reading room, and a fully stocked kitchenette. The shared lower-level space is shared with only one other female except for the laundry which is shared with the 3 of us.
Clean, quiet, calm, safe, no excessive drinking, non-smoking, non-party home with a huge backyard and plenty of room for one more female. Nice quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors, a safe and mature community, 1 block from the Millcreek trails and Avonmore LRT station on 83 St.
If you drive there is plenty of roadside parking or alley parking behind the garage.
Although we are looking for someone without pets you MUST BE OKAY WITH SMALL DOGS; none live here but some do visit.
