Located in a lovely, safe, and quiet neighborhood, you will have access to your separate bathroom in the basement, as well as free high-speed internet, electricity, and heating. The kitchen and laundry facilities are shared. The room includes a bed, two nightstands, a desk, and large closet. Additionally, the living room in the basement features a TV and sofa. The property is conveniently close to a bus stop located just across the street. However, there are some restrictions: no smoking, vaping, drugs, or drinking allowed on the premises, and no overnight guests or male visitors are permitted. Proof of income and two references will be required. I ask for one month rent for deposit at the beginning of the contract.
