Details: - Private, unfurnished bedroom - Shared access to the full apartment (I'm mostly in my bedroom working or doing homework so you'll barely see me!) - In-unit laundry & dishwasher - High-speed Bell internet (1 Gbps), hydro, and tenant insurance all included - Visitor parking or street parking available - $800/month – all-inclusive If you're bussing, there's the 25, 32, 34, 39 and 49 that are nearby. About me: I’m a non-smoker, geeky/outdoorsy gay woman (36F, work for the government) and live with a very friendly/cuddly medium-sized rescue dog (poodle mix, doesn’t shed), so being good with dogs and accepting of the LGBTQ+ community is a must.
