Wood stove, baseboards, shared equipped kitchen with gas range, 1.5 bathrooms and laundry room. Quiet road with parking in the driveway. Bedroom furnishings available if wanted. 8 minutes from Wakefield, walking/biking distance to Lac Philippe, Gatineau Park (200+km more great trails for skiing, hiking and biking + free beaches), 30 mins to Ottawa. Looking for a comfy match to share with a down-to-earth female public servant, my 9-year-old half the time, and a cat. I’m looking to live with someone community-minded, healthy and reliable. $750 + shared utilities ( approx. $80 summer, $170 winter), includes high speed internet.
