Bedroom Available in Two Bedroom Basement Apartment

Hi there! I am currently looking for a roommate to occupy the other bedroom in this two-bedroom basement apartment. It is 900 dollars per month and everything is included: wifi, utilities, laundry…etc. There is a driveway with a parking space available. The room and apartment are fully furnished. The room would come with a twin-sized bed, desk, and desk chair. The apartment is pet-friendly for cats and small animals (no dogs). The lease would be from May to August.
