May 2024 4 month summer sublet - basement - 1 room + 1 bathroom

(URGENT) I am looking to sublet one room in a basement apartment from May 1st 2024-August 31st 2024. There may be 1-2 other tenants during the period. There is full access to a shared living room, dining area, kitchen, and laundry room. The room has its own bathroom just for that room, which is just outside of the room's door. (the other two rooms in the house have their own washrooms as well, so you will have a bathroom just for you). I am looking to get 900$ for rent or OBO per month + utilities (around 40$). Located on Borden st with a main intersection of Gordon and College. 10 minute walk or 5-minute bus ride to get to University Centre (center of campus).
